Information we collect

The website contact form asks for your name, email address, optional mobile number, preferred contact method, and consent. We record the time of your submission and the version of this policy associated with your consent.

The separate order form asks for contact details and information relevant to your order, such as the occasion, date, product, quantity, budget, pickup or delivery preferences, area, reference links, and additional instructions. Dietary or allergy information is optional. Please share only the information needed to discuss your order, and avoid including payment card details, passwords, or identity documents.

How we use your information

We use your contact details to respond to your request and discuss Aurelia’s products and services. Order information helps us discuss availability, prepare a quote, clarify requirements, and arrange an order when agreed.

The contact checkbox covers communication about your enquiry. It does not subscribe you to newsletters or unrelated promotional messages. We would request separate permission for that purpose.

Consent and your choices

The consent checkbox is not selected in advance. You can choose whether to submit the form. If you prefer not to receive further enquiry-related communication, you can tell us when we contact you or reply to our existing correspondence.

Withdrawing consent does not undo processing already carried out. Some records may need to be retained where another lawful basis applies, such as an agreed order, accounting requirements, or a dispute. Any dietary or allergy information you provide in the private order form is used only to assess suitability and discuss or fulfill the order.

Storage and service providers

Submissions are stored in the database connected to the Aurelia site that receives them. These sites use ChatGPT Sites hosting and Cloudflare database infrastructure. Hosting and communication providers may process information to provide those services, including outside the Philippines.

Enquiry details are not displayed publicly. Access is limited to Aurelia and people authorized to help handle enquiries and orders. We do not sell your personal information. If fulfillment requires sharing details with a delivery provider, we will discuss the arrangement and share only the information needed for that delivery.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to handle the enquiry or order and meet applicable recordkeeping or dispute-related obligations. Retention depends on whether a request leads to an order and whether another reason for keeping a record applies. You can request deletion of information that is no longer needed.

The sites use encrypted HTTPS connections and restricted administrative access. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid submitting information unrelated to your enquiry or order.

Website technology

These pages do not add advertising trackers or marketing analytics. The hosting platform may use technical logs and cookies necessary to deliver the website or manage access to private pages. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the technical connection information needed to serve them.

Your rights and privacy requests

You may request access to your personal information, correction, deletion or blocking where applicable, or withdrawal of consent. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Reply to an existing Aurelia email or message with your privacy request. If we have not yet contacted you, use the contact form to request a conversation, then tell us your privacy concern when we respond. Include the email address used for the original enquiry so we can locate it.

You can also raise a privacy concern with the Philippine National Privacy Commission.

Policy updates

We will update this page when the way we handle information changes. The effective date appears above. If a new purpose requires separate consent, we will request it before using your information for that purpose.
